Spider Injector Body is Disassembled and Ultrasonically Cleaned - Stripped of old parts
Fuel line In / return Orings are replaced with new Viton Orings
Fuel Injector is ultrasonically cleaned, flow tested and leak down tested
Spider lines are discarded and replaced with new.
Poppet valves are ultrasonically cleaned and flow matched
New fuel tube clips - allowing a snug fit into the intake port
New fuel pressure regulator is installed
Complete spider units are pressure tested and flow tested at 58PSI
note: we recommend replacing the fuel filter and fuel line in/return fittings when performing this replacement but we do not offer these products at this time. Rebuild and Return process normally takes 7-10 business days plus delivery time
