Detailed Reconditioning Procedure:
Spider Injector Body is Disassembled and Ultrasonically Cleaned - Stripped of old parts
Fuel line In / return Orings are replaced with new Viton Orings
Fuel Injector is reconditioned, flow tested and leak down tested
Spider lines are discarded and replaced with new.
Poppet valves are ultrasonically cleaned and flow matched
New fuel tube clips - allowing a snug fit into the intake port
New fuel pressure regulator is installed
Complete spider units are pressure tested and flow tested at 58PSI
note: we recommend replacing the fuel filter and fuel line in/return fittings when performing this replacement but we do not offer these products at this time.
Total price includes $100 core deposit which is refundable upon return of your core.
core must be identical to part that was purchased.
core must be undamaged - complete with all injectors and components.
