If you would like to see your fuel injector flow rates before cleaning and after cleaning this document will show the numbers.
This document is created in house and is derived from actual flow rates we observed at the time of testing the injectors.
We use the ASNU brand GDI Classic flow bench and odorless mineral spirits as our testing agent, we do not use Heptane.
fuel injector flow rates are calculated at 3BAR for standard port injectors and 5BAR for GDI (gasoline direct Injectors)
This Document will show the following information
part number of injector tested
Flow Rates at 50%, 75% and 100% Duty Cycles at 30 sec. test time
ohm reading for each injector
-see photo of sample document
Before and After flow rates are only available for rebuild and return, if you send us your injectors, we will flow test them prior to cleaning and record the results, we will then clean the injectors and record the after-cleaning results.
If this document is purchased along with a set of our injectors, then it will only display flow rates in the After-cleaning portion of the document.
